★Standard lens (reference lens) for laser interferometer
We provide λ / 20 high precision standard lens (reference lens) corresponding to 4-inch (Φ100mm) and Φ60mm measurement aperture.
We have a variety lineup of reference lenses and reference planes. The transmissive spherical surface (TS) are not only condensing types (CON) but also divergent types (DIV), and the transmissive plane (TF) are not only standard, but also TF with attenuator that supports high reflectance.
Therefore, highly precise surface accuracy measurement of lenses, flat glass, reflection mirrors, wafers, etc. with a very wide range of apertures / radius of curvature is possible.
